Mountain School Parent Survey Spring 2018
		Dear Mountain School Families, Given our commitment to an outstanding Mountain School program and as part of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), we are requesting parent feedback about our school curriculum and school environment. Asking parents to rate their Mountain School experience is also a good way for us to examine additional ways to support and enhance school success. In order to create a ‘safe learning space’ for all, please focus your comments on programs and services rather than individual contributors to our school program. Survey answers will be shared with the Board of Education and staff. This year, we are asking you to include your name so that we may better address and respond to your feedback. Please know we take your feedback to heart and are committed to building on our successes while continuing to look for news ways strengthen and enhance our programs. Please complete ONLY ONE survey for each child enrolled. We have simplified the process for completing the survey if you have more than one child. There are 30 question in this survey and will take you approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. The survey will be open for two weeks Monday, May 21 thru Friday, June 1.
