PVUSD - Secondary Parent Survey
		The Pajaro Valley Unified School District is conducting a district-wide parent survey to help us know what parents think and feel about their child's school experience. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey by either going to: http://www.pvusd.net and selecting "Secondary Parent Survey" or filling out this paper survey and returning the survey back to school with your student so that your voice can be heard and counted. Students should take the paper surveys back to their 1st period teacher. Take one survey per student and thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey!
