PVUSD - Elementary Elementary School Parent Survey
		The Pajaro Valley Unified School District is conducting a district-wide parent survey to help our schools know what parents think and feel about their child's school experience. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey by either going to: http://www.pvusd.net and selecting "Elementary Parent Survey" or filling out this paper survey. Please return the paper survey back to school with you child so that your voice can be heard and counted. Take one survey per student and thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey!
